Our team is composed of experts and doctors fluent in international languages, which provides a platform for providing pain control services to international patients. Other services of the international patient department for the well-being and comfort of patients are as follows:

• The presence of a resident translator fluent in Arabic and English from the moment of entering the country
• Senior IPD expert responsible for coordination of international patients
• The clinic is equipped with international video and written media, and installation of a welcome stand in the patient’s language.

• Creating a platform for cooperation with different hotels in various degrees of formalities, the possibility of obtaining or extending visas; Reservation of travel lines in all forms of air, land, sea and taking advantage of tourist tours
• Translation of all hospital documents and forms in Arabic and English
• Conducting daily surveys of international patients
• Providing the bill in English along with the Medical Report at the time of discharge
